Scope and contact

This notice applies to Toy Car to Real Car AI at toycartorealcar.net, operated by ZHAO JUNSHI (the individual operator behind LoftNum Studio). Send privacy requests to support@loftnumstudio.com or use the support page.

Information we process

We process account details such as email and sign-in sessions; your uploaded vehicle photo and scene selections; generated videos and job status; and order references, payment status and credit records. Selecting a photo only previews it in your browser. Submitting generation sends it to the service. We do not receive full card details entered in the payment provider's checkout.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, produce the requested video, check uploaded and generated media, deliver private results, handle payments, investigate failed jobs and support requests, and prevent abuse. Session cookies are needed to keep you signed in.

Service providers

KIE processes media for video generation; FAL provides media-content checks; Cloudflare R2 stores private media; and Waffo handles checkout and payment records when payments are open. Hosting and database infrastructure also process the information needed to operate the service. Processing may take place outside your country. Providers apply their own retention and legal obligations; this policy does not promise that every provider immediately deletes data or never uses it for other purposes allowed by its terms.

Private files and retention

Uploaded and generated media are associated with your account and are not automatically added to the public examples. Access links used by processing providers expire. Download access requires the owning account. Media and generation records normally expire seven days after creation; a background process then removes the stored files. Deletion can be delayed by outages or a job needing reconciliation. Download completed videos promptly.

You can delete completed or failed jobs from My videos and request account deletion in settings. Order and accounting records may remain when needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Do not upload unnecessary personal information.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion through support. We may need to verify account ownership. Rights and mandatory retention requirements depend on your jurisdiction. Any material change to this notice will be reflected on this page.
